2022-2023 Athletics

 

Athletic registration for the upcoming school year is now open. You may register on the Phillips Athletic Website or directly using this link: https://chapelhillcarrboro-nc.finalforms.com/. You must register to be able to participate in athletics. 

 

What is needed to be eligible to play? 

 

1. Have a completed physical by a doctor. Physicals are good for 1 year. Physical forms may be downloaded off the front page of 8 to18 under the resource section. 

 

2. Register for Athletics and upload physical on Final Forms.  NEW this year - physicals can now be uploaded when you register.
