Having Trouble with a Device or App? See below!

Check out the EES Virtual Learning Site Technology Support page. It includes all of the links and information below. Please use the forms below or call the Tech Depot in lieu of calling the school. Due to Miss Cottrell (Instructional Technology Facilitator) working primarily remotely, your concern may not be received in a timely manner if you call the school.

  • The CHCCS Digital Tools Training Portal for Families is now open and includes device and quick start guides as well as tutorials that you can access at your convenience. Click HERE.

  • The Ephesus Google Meet Connection Report Survey should be used to report difficulties with Google Meet only. Click HERE. This is for tracking purposes to share with the district IT department. Please contact your child's teacher if your student is unable to get into a Google Meet.

  • The Ephesus Family Tech Troubleshooting Survey should be filled out for any tech issues or questions. Click HERE. Miss Cottrell checks this throughout the day and will reach out to you about your concern as soon as possible.
