Tech issues at home while learning remotely?

Check out the EES Virtual Learning Site Technology Support page. It includes all of the links and information below. Please use the form below or call the district Tech Depot in lieu of calling the school, so your issue can be resolved in a timely manner. Staff may be remote as well and Miss Cottrell (EES instructional technology facilitator) is often all over the school throughout the day.

  • The CHCCS Digital Tools Training Portal for Families is now open and includes device and quick start guides as well as tutorials that you can access at your convenience. Click HERE.

  • The Ephesus Family Tech Troubleshooting Survey should be filled out for any tech issues or questions. Click HERE. Miss Cottrell checks this throughout the day and will reach out to you about your concern as soon as possible.
