Hello families! This is Stacie Boyer, principal of Ephesus with a few reminders for the LAST week of the 2022-2023 school year!
- To celebrate our final week together, here are the details of our SPIRIT WEEK on behalf of our fabulous student council! See the details below.
- On Thursday, June 8th, our 5th graders will celebrate with a special promotion ceremony! If you are a parent/guardian of a 5th grader, stay tuned for a detailed email with more information about the special event!
- Our CHCCS School Librarians developed Summer Reading Lists to encourage and inspire our students' love of reading. Visit the district's Digital Learning and Libraries' website to view the lists. Also be sure to check out Chapel Hill Public Library's Summer Blast programming this summer which will include fun reading activities, programs, and events for kids, teens, and adults!
- Our last spirit day is at YoPop yogurt on the last day of school, June 9th. It is an all day event and they will donate 20% of Ephesus sales to the PTA! Go get a great frozen treat!
*IMPORTANT!* Are you the parent of a rising kindergarten student or know someone who is? Have they registered/enrolled with CHCCS? If not, please do so as soon as possible! Registration helps us plan for class sizes, hire teachers in a timely manner, avoid having to change class placements after the year has started and ensure the beginning of the year is as smooth as possible. This is our last traditional Sunday call for the 2022-2023 school year, but this platform will be used to continue to send updates and information throughout the summer as needed.
