Exploring Interests

Our elementary schools offer a variety of students clubs and special interests groups based on teacher and student interest.  Some of these include art clubs, chorus, steel drum club, drumming ensemble, orff ensemble, guitar club, and musical theatre.

Exposure to a wide variety of options makes students more interesting, develops unique talents, and broadens knowledge of the world.  In a famous graduation speech, Steve Jobs described how is interest and obsession with calligraphy became the foundation for the font system he used in designing Apple computers.
