Credit by Demonstrated Mastery (CDM) Testing Updates

CHCCS will utilize the two-week window of March 1st-March 12th for Phase 1 CDM assessments.

The testing schedule has been revised since CDM communication went out in September. All Phase 1 assessments will be administered in a face to face environment at each student's school. There is NO exception to this per state guidelines. Each school will develop a testing plan utilizing all of the safety protocols and will provide communication to families regarding testing dates and times.  This (document) provides details of Phase 1 and Phase 2 assessments

The application for CDM is open from January 3rd and the window will close on January 15th.  (Application) Form

Transportation Is Not provided for CDM testing. Families Must provide transportation.
