Summer Programs from Community Schools
COMMUNITY SCHOOLS 2024 SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMS
Community Schools will offer the following camp options:
- Part Day Summer Camp (for SS/RTA students only) - July 8, 2024 through August 1, 2024 (no camps on Fridays)
- Full Day Summer Camp - July 8, 2024 through August 1, 2024 (no camps on Fridays)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING COMPLETED REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT FORMS:
- Deliver in person to the Community Schools office located in the Sheryl-Mar Building at 521 S. Greensboro Street, Carrboro NC 27510
- Mail to the Community Schools mailing address at 750 S. Merritt Mill Road, Chapel Hill NC 27516
- Email completed forms to communityschools@chccs.k12.nc.us

Staff to Student ratio:
- One staff to 16 students ratio
Camp fees:
- Full day camp - $170/week, $50/week deposit (applied to total fee) and $40 registration fee
- Part day camp (for SS/RTA students only) - $80/week, $25/week deposit (applied to total fee) and $20 registration fee
Registration Process:

- Submit completed registration and enrollment forms by mail to 750 S. Merritt Mill Road, Chapel Hill NC 27516 or email to communityschools@chccs.k12.nc.us or deliver in person to the Community Schools office located at 521 S. Greensboro St., Carrboro NC 27510
- Payment options - Pay by phone with a credit/debit card, mail payments to 750 S. Merritt Mill Road, Chapel Hill NC 27516 or pay in person by visiting the Community Schools office located at 521 S. Greensboro St., Carrboro NC 27510
