As of December 2023, the North Carolina State Board of Education updated the requirements for Continuing/SP-2 Licensure Renewal. Digital Learning Competencies (DLCs) are no longer required; accrued DLCs can be realloted to the remaining credit categories. The complete CHCCS renewal memo can be viewed here.
