National Honor Society is an organization that recognizes high school students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.  CHCCS requires students who apply for membership to be 1) a junior or senior, 2) have at least a 3.8 GPA, 3) have at least 60 service hours, 4) and no major discipline infractions.   

*Due to Covid-19, NHS has allowed schools to lower their required hours.  We now encourage students with 30+hours to apply.  We are waiting for district guidance to see if we are returning to 60 hours this year.
