Transcript & Student Records Request:
Student Records consist of: transcript, immunization record, verification of name, verification of birth.
Current Students:
If your student is CURRENTLY attending a Chapel Hill Carrboro City School, contact your school's data manager.
Former Students:
- The Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School District is now offering a secure and convenient way to request and receive student records.
- Graduates within the last two years should contact their high school for transcripts:
Apostille Requests:
Students returning or moving to another country may require that documents be provided as part of an apostille authentication. For these requests, please contact Erika Gamble ekgamble@chccs.k12.nc.us. Note: final transcripts are not available until grades are finalized and will need to be prepared prior to your apostille appointment. We require 2 weeks notice to prepare documents. Questions about the apostille process should be directed to the NC Secretary of State.
