    The Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School District is now offering a secure and convenient way to request and receive student records.

    Student Records consist of: transcript, immunization record, verification of name, verification of birth.

    Please note that students who attend one of our high schools will have their records maintained in that school until 2 years after their expected graduation date. After two years, the records will be sent to Central Office.

    Ways Transcripts can be requested:

    Ways to pay:

    • Cash (must be correct change).
    • Credit cards
    • Check or Money Order-addressed to “CHCCS Student Records.”

    Costs for students:

    $7 per copy and a 1 time processing fee of $3 (1 copy will be $10).

    Costs for businesses or Universities:

    $20 per copy and a 1 time processing fee of $3 (1 copy will be $23).
