  • AIS International Trip

In the Spring of 2020, a group of CHS students were set to go on a trip to Belfast, Northern Ireland and the surrounding area to dive deeper into the geopolitical and socioeconomic consequences of “The Troubles” from the 20th century and most recently, “Brexit.”

This year, AIS has a plan to revive that trip and expand the journey overseas to “The Two Irelands.”  Our goal is to offer a small group of students the opportunity to apply their studies via a visit to Dublin, Ireland and Belfast, Northern Ireland in a post-Brexit world. Their objective will be to better understand the nuances and reality of the European Union, international relations and trade as well as national governance.
