As the district prepares for the opening of the 2020-21 School Year, many important decisions need to be made in short order. To that end, we have assembled a community task force consisting of over 100 staff, students, parents and community members.
We are committed to keeping you informed of our progress as we move toward August 17. In fact, we hope to send you a weekly update, and possibly more frequent if needed.
This is a complex scenario, and, if not careful, could become quite divisive. We, as a community, have to be resilient. More than that, we will need to be remarkably patient, flexible, united – and focused on the overall well-being of our students. Together we will get there.
