• CHCCS continues to work closely with local, state and national organizations to make sure our community stays safe from the CORONOVIRUS and we're updating our information frequently.

We wanted to take the time to let our community know families may now be able to qualify for free and reduced meals during these difficult times.  These additional resources may be helpful until families get back to working and back on their feet.

Even if families have applied for, and been denied in the past, parents can continue to apply online for meal benefits due to any new circumstances.  Anyone approved at this time means they are eligible for meals until mid October 2020.  When that time ends, if a family has not completed another application for the 2020-21 school year, they would revert back to being a paying family.

    Additional Notes:

    • Even if a family doesn't qualify for free/reduced meals, all families are welcome to pick up meals from CHCCS's designated sites during our community feeding efforts.
    • The reason to reapply for free/reduced meals is to help families who now qualify and their approval for free/reduced meals could enable them for additional services they now need.
