CHCCS's 1:1 program introduces district devices being used at school and home.
Per Board Policy 3225/4312/7320, Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools provides digital citizenship lessons through collaborations between classroom teachers, Librarians and Instructional Technology Facilitators using the Common Sense Media Digital Citizenship curriculum and lessons, Brainpop, Netsmartz, and additional resources developed at each school.
We believe that all students must be trained about responsible online decision making and behaviors throughout their educational experiences. Training includes topics such as:- Self-Image and Identity
